At the beginning of January 2021, Chris and Blair matched on Hinge and struck a conversation about ziplining around the world…

The Proposal

After coordinating with Blair’s family and friends, Chris pulled off the perfect surprise proposal…

Blair thought she was going out with her close friend Courtney for a fun girls’ night out and early recording of Courtney’s documentary. Little did she know that Chris arranged for close friends and family to join in executing the most romantic proposal. The magical night included a lighted sign held by close friends reading ‘Will you marry me’ with the beautiful Chicago skyline and the Chicago Theater sign perfectly situated behind Chris. He made the night perfect by including both families in this big moment.

  • Bride

    A true Leo at heart, Blair is energized by spending quality time and creating memories with those she loves, especially Chris. Born and raised in MI then becoming a global citizen with experiences living in Europe, China, and California, Blair loves traveling and exploring cultures, languages and archeological sites. Her favorite hobbies include dancing, relaxing at the spa, beach time, ziplining, and paintball…and eating Nutella (all hail Nutella)!

    Blair is a proud USC Trojan and now finds Chicago as her favorite home thanks to Chris.

  • Groom

    A man of many words. Chris, born in South Bend, Indiana (Go Irish) before moving and growing up in the Chicagoland and Northern Suburb area, is a modest, humble and compassionate soul. He cherishes his relationships with those closest to him, most of all Blair, and wants to always see the best of everyone. Very competitive by nature, he enjoys sports (both watching and participating), working out, “winning” conversations, and unpacking even the most smallest of things.

    Chris is very big on experiences be it traveling, going to events or just getting out to explore a new restaurant. His curiosity leads him to adapting all different facets of life. He is ecstatic to have found his soulmate and life partner to experience all of this together with Blair!
